The sources of environmentally friendly  recycled polyester  raw materials are mainly waste plastic bottle sheets, spinning waste, foam materials, pulp blocks, and other raw materials. The main processing process is as follows:

Advantages of recycled polyester

A. High cost-effectiveness:

Recycled materials, due to the relatively easy availability of raw materials, have a higher cost performance ratio for most fabrics compared to conventional polyester.

B. Good wear resistance:

The wear resistance is second only to nylon and better than other natural and synthetic fibers.

C. High strength:

The strength of polyester fibers is nearly twice that of cotton and three times that of wool.

D. Saveability:

The elasticity of  polyester  is similar to that of wool, and its wrinkle resistance exceeds that of other fibers. The fabric also has excellent storage properties.

E. Wrinkle resistance:

Regenerated polyester yarn, as a clothing fiber, achieves a wrinkle free and iron-free effect after washing.

The impact of recycled polyester on the environment

A. Reduce refractory waste:

Recycled polyester fabric, also known as RPET fabric, mostly comes from waste such as plastic bottles that are difficult to degrade in daily life. The use of recycled polyester can effectively reduce plastic pollution in the modernization process.

B. The materials can be recycled, and compared to traditional production processes, recycled polyester fabrics can save nearly 80% of energy, thereby significantly reducing fuel consumption. Research data shows that every ton of recycled polyester yarn produced can save 1 ton of oil and 6 tons of water.

C. It can reduce excessive dependence on oil resources and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
